How to make the Call

1) Dial the relevant Just-Dial access number for the country you wish to call (see phone rates table)
2) At the prompt dial your international destination number in full (including 00)*
3) That's it, you're connected.

* Remember you can dial your destination number at any time during the prompt.

How you pay for the calls you make
 
When you make a call via Just-Dial you only pay for calling one of the Just-Dial access numbers. It is your service provider that will charge you - not Just Dial. So for example, if you made a 5 minute call to India from a BT phone, then next time you got your BT bill you would see a call to our 0871 number, a duration of 5 minutes and a charge of approximately 45p

Calls are charged per your current telephone providers' policy. Calls are charged from the time of connection to the Just-dial service. (Please note that there is a surcharge from BT payphones, please check at the point of making your call)

If you're not with BT you need to check with your service provider how much they will charge for calls made to the Just-Dial access numbers. If calling from a UK mobile or a non BT landline, please confirm the rates directly with your service provider as these may vary.
